Reading the forums it seems like betfair are geting plenty of negitive feedback.
Afew years ago it was all good now they have got big it seems its all bad, is it just the unfair pc charge or is there somthing else.

Poor technical quality and site stability are also issues.
Used to be such a pleasure to bet with betfair now it seems every one resents them.
Intrest in the pc charge has gone very quite last few days have they banned every one that mentions it.

Is there not another site that people are free to go to where there is no pc charge? ...the liquidity would soon pick up if enough walked!.Pc charge customer relations disaster.

Eh? Many people are complaining every day that they have stability issues.
There was an unplanned site outage this morning at around 9 am. Look in the Service forum. this caused me all sorts of grief and financial loss.
