Has anyone else had the same problem as i had yesterday.

I rang up to deposit £360 into my account and they said it had declined, which i thought was strange cos i had plenty of money in my bank.

I then went to my bank see see what the problem was and they told me that the money had been taken out, i also could see it had gone. But it does not show up in betfair. they sat they are dealing with the issue and dont have any idea where if money as gone.

It totaly ruined my day couldnt not have a bet yesterday. it cosst me about£200 all because they lost my money in the system.

And its still on going they say they cant deal with it till monday when the right people are back in.

Has this ever happened to anyone else before, cos they said to me this was the first time its ever happened.

Im not happy

never happened to me with betfair but have had issues with other sites that get worked out in time, usually a day or 2 so nothing unusual.

Not sure how it has cost you 200 quid though

Ask the to do it on a day it would have lost next time to compensate.

I had an issue with a payout (a long time ago) with Betfair and they chased it and sorted it pretty fast fwiw.

You can't say it cost you £200 because you paper traded. If they money had been there you would have acted differently.

You cost yourself £200 by letting your bank run out.

To be fair, if I'd just seen £360 disappear into thin air, I would be fairly reluctant to hit the deposit button again.
