Browser Issue

I only ever use basic betfair betting interface. trading software betfair rapid etc have all cost me too much in mistakes to outweigh their benefits for my style of betting. I generally prefer using google chrome browser as this and many other sites are much slicker. However, I've had an intermittent problem for a while now whereby the page can go back of its own accord at any point during placement of a bet (i.e. typing the amount, price or clicking to place bet). Very annoying whilst trying to get on in a fast changing market. The issue is corrected by costing that tab and reopening another but it does return.

Anyway I reckon I've diagnosed the issue to only occurring while using google chrome. It happens on both my PC's and hasn't occurred with firefox or IE to my knowledge.

Has anyone had a similar issue ? does anyone know if there is a way round it. Firefox and IE are hardly trouble free so it's not just as simple as switching to one of those.
