Not true.
Once called betfair to say a game was missing from multiples and had to place a bet by midnight (just over an hour away). Ten minutes later it was up and the person called to let me know.
Had a match that had been suspended and not put into play when it was in-running. Again, late at night. Called and it took three minutes to be in play.
On a Sunday during the holidays, 27th, had a settlement mistake. Sent an email around 1PM and went out for the day. Got home and found an email around 90 minutes after I sent saying corrected.
On occassion, yes, have hit a wall or had a matter drag a bit but overall, if you pick up the phone, it will get done.
