I cannot get above £400. No matter how hard I try I get to £390 or so then lose.
I've dipped to below £200 on a couple of occassions, but built back up fairly easily.

This is a fun bank after a fairly big win. Ideally Id like to reach 1k in a few weeks and withdraw half and start again.
Been stuck at around this mark for a week or so

The weather is limiting opportunities.

Be patient and don't try to force the issue.

definitely

all things being equal - you have an edge etc. handling progressively larger amounts scrambles your judgement.

not least of which is overstaking because you are on a high

open a spreadsheet and define your staking plan alongside your daily win / lose column. Adjust accordingly. Keep it simple and stick to it.

I believe the barrier that exists has to do with having a financial target-based approach. Using your example, you may have plateaued around the £390 mark, but you have to look at your exit points and/or general mentality when betting/trading; are you remaining in the market longer than you would ordinarily because your current green will take you past £400? Are the methods you have used to get from £200 to £390 being applied still or are you hanging in the market to creep over the mythical ceiling you have set yourself?

I won a couple of grand. Started again with £80.00
I bet for fun, recreation call it what u want. I am not a winner its a hobby that i try to make pay and keep me occupied.
So to reach 4 figures again would be fantastic

Been doing this for over 5 years make about £10000+ a year but find it impossible to building a large balance can't keep a balance over £200 for long for some reason once try and build it up i start losing. so now i withdraw everything i make over £200 and let that accumulate in the bank trying to make big amounts by building my balance just doesn't work for me so just work of £200.

From 80 up to near 400, then back to 200 seems pretty good to me, overall.

Unfortunately, due to some genius at betfair, it refreshes automatically (sometimes) now.

Yeah i noticed that.

Anyway I have broke the £400 tonight.
£3.49 f/gs on Tuncay
+ backed 3-3 and layed off.

These might also be the reasons why I lose from time to time

I was like that 2 years ago. You will get over the hurdle, just don't try pushing too hard.
