I wouldn't be a computer buff but usually there is people like compound magic who are quite good , so I said I will see if I can get any help here
My sister rang to say she has done a system restore on her computer ( its pretty old ). Anyway the operating system is Windows 98 and she can't do anything on the computer now until she gets this up and running. Of course she has the disc but no product key.
Would any1 know how she could go about fixing this problem?

I doubt she's done a system restore with windows 98, probably wiped the drive. Should be a sticker on the PC somewhere with the win98 serial on it, otherwise a google search will find her a valid key to reinstal
