only had bt internet around 2months 1st month excellent since then** poor speed very slow been on to call centre in erm india and get knowwhere fast anyone else had probs and how u get some ferker to help u ????

I waited on the phone for 42 minutes and I thought I had been cut off.
When I called back I was accused of "hanging up" Personally I find BT offer excellent Broadband, but if any thing goes wrong you have to take your 2 weeks annual holidays so that you can get the problem solved. Therefore, once my 12 months contract is up I shall move. BT offer the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. |

most of the popular isp's such as orange and bt etc etc ,have to much traffic on there backbone servers at peak times ,so thats what causes the up and down in download speeds and drops in connection. around about 5pm till 10pm can be murder for certain users.
I have found a small independant isp that works marvellous ,and have it in three different propertys , i would advise a move from the major isps |
