Been on all day and it's been a good day too.

I need to go to bed, but I'm so far from sleeping! How do you all wind down after a session on here?

Drinking late always seems to wake me up a bit. I got a busy day to prepare for tomoorow planning to cover 2 meetings, but I'm too hyped up to concentrate properly.

Are you the real Mordin?

They sorted me out on chit chat. Listened to a bit of Mozart. I'm no card player, did it once with some friends and got taken apart. Never again.

Dave if you want to sleep at night, take this fomula small teaspoon of epsom salts, a zinc tablet, you can get the zinc with vitamin c in it,and most important Vitamin B6, this is the combination bodybuilders use called ZMA, you will sleep like a log, i use it all the time, its Magnesium (epsom salts) zinc and B6, and you need a break from some of the head cases on this forum.

Good luck

Dave Edwards, it seems you had a good day yesterday, hence the high you are on, and understandable. Very good you are not screaming about it from the roof top, so my advice is take a book to bed with you, and that should calm you down, it works for me.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to post. I ended up doing some stretching which loosed my body up a bit and really helped. I guess sat infront of a computer screen having rushes of adrenalin and drinking coffee all day wasn't what the human body was designed to experience!

(I was on decafe in the evening)

Warm bath, good book and a chilled Chardonay or four often works for me.

When a Test match in Australia is being televised, it's good to watch that foir an hour or two before finally hitting the sack (obviously, you'd need to be into cricket for that one).

Beating the wife helps a lot - ideal for stress relief - not so good for marital relations though :(
