time delay - ATR, RUK, SIS

RUK: don't know
SIS: you can see the horse passing the post even before it has passed the post; that's why there are less and less people going to the races these days

There used to be a delay of 2 to 5 seconds.

I'm sure ATR and RUK are live shows

you can tell it's been a while mistermind - you need to ask how delayed TurfTV is as well :)
