Anyone know of a trading exchange shop in Liverpool or Manchester with SIS/TurfTV?

Before anyone says anything this is NOT SPAM.

I have been considering for a while whether it would be worthwhile setting one up, as i have an empty property that I'm struggling to rent out in a central northwest location with excellent road and rail links. I'd be interested in knowing how many seats per sqft normally occupy the buildings? As I'm struggling to see a quick enough pay back on initial investment for my liking, given all the overhead costs and potential risks involved. I have found a website promoting a north west exchange shop but it doesn't say where it's going to be. The news feed on the site is up to date so it must still be on the cards.

Anyone know where this shop is planned for?

I got in touch with the guy at www.sportexchangeshop.com and he is looking at Warrington, says he is just negotitating a lease on premises and should take about 6 weeks to set up. I'll be there to give it a try for sure!

I agree there should be one in the NW, and as for one opening in Warrington then the guy with the link above should enquire at Bet Freds?? they have an old sports arena with plenty of room, maybe he could lease a room there? and im sure they would already have SIS, TurfTv and an array of Sky subs already that could be negotiated on??
could help keep his costs down and make it cheaper all round???

did my uni project on the possibility, definatly the catchment area of the NW you could justify demand. Cash flow is the main problem, the best idea is to stick to leaisng equipment as much as possible, the rough estimates of costing that i made indicated anything over around 55% capacity for the year charging around £25 per seat should be breaking even, should be an interesting adventure if anyone is willing to take the risk

hello - I set one of these up years ago in London and would strongly advise you against being as stupid as eye was. Some facts before you seek out the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow: Every single one of the four exchange offices in London, including some a few metres from tube stations have empty seats. One is entirely empty. Two are less than half full. A fourth has plent of spare space. The overheads are astronomic. The income is pitiful. In my opinion this idea would only work as an add on to an already profitable betting shop. There are much, much better ways to spend your time, trust me. If these places can't find enough customers in densely populated Central London close to tube stations what prayer have you got of making it pay? A wide berth.

u would be better off , renting an office above a betting shop and putting an exchange in there
the exs would be a lot less and you can walk away at any time .
