Was wondering if someone could help me out in purchasing a beginners piano (digital or keyboard) £300 or less, that has 88 keys.

Also any decent books on reading bass and treble clef, Ive played classical guitar for two years just off tab but think I can express myself better on the piano.

Thanks.

Yamaha do excellent pianos. Years ago I had a P80 (portable full size keyboard), but it's been replaced by the Yamaha P155, costing about £1200. However, I'm sure you could find one second hand.

Thank you mate, look nice but still 500 for a used p80 on ebay, i think im just gonna buy something cheap and nasty and reward myself if I make good progress.

That's a pity. £500 is way too much for a 2nd hand electronic piano that is more than 10 years old and discontinued. I really did expect about £250.

I'm considering going to "pianoplayers.com" and asking for a tip on the 125 at leopardstown :0
