"Hiding" funds on a long term 1.01..........

Please can anyone explain?

I regularly protect a large slice of my bank by putting it on a 1.01 in a long term market.

Trying to do this, today again, and the money is showing, in the market, and as an unmatched bet,
in current bets, but my available balance has not reduced!

For a minute I was hoping that if I was to cancel it my balance would increase!
