Press windows key and R at same time in the run box type cmd
type ipconfig /flushdns
type ipconfig /renew
if that dont work, reboot your interweb box

if you phone tech help for either your isp or the router manufacturer, i've found their advice very useful, similar to the stuff given above and it's often freephone or local rates

Possibly Jimbo. There are many many full-time punters out there these days, and most of them have a decent amount of equipment to go wrong. Having said that, most are probably miles more clued in than me, as I have relied on my brother for technical help, and am very lazy when it comes to that sort of stuff.
