I know for a fact that it is possible to bet on Betfair in France, but a ban is supposedly on it's way. Anyone know the latest details on this?

Betfair sports betting site works well in Thailand, but the poker is a no go unless using some IP masking program i guess.

Weirdly enough a couple of years ago the main sports betting site was also banned and I use to have to use Betrader to do my betting, but now the main site is working fine, so maybe they made a decision to unblock this.

You cant access betfair in USA and that includes this forum.
You cant access betfair using some "ip address masking programmes" they know straight away.
Report CJ70 October 2, 2014 11:46 AM BST
No problem accessing Betfair if you have a decent VPN.
Report G1_Jockey_4 October 3, 2014 5:10 PM BST
vpns work.

i was posting from vegas last year and spain quite a few time this year.
Report puertabanus October 22, 2014 11:51 AM BST
Sure you can access Betfair from anywhere in the world if you use a VPN, software cannot read you are using a VPN to change location and betfair wouldn´t really care,i their eyes they would be clear on any legal wrong doing!

But yes, the whole gaming industry is getting tighter due to the implementation of regulations, countries either want their share of the revenue or blanket ban in place, big organisations tend to tow the line!!
