its a nightmare trying to find a link to the PC portal these days. its been strangely removed from a google search and now removed from a yahoo search. betfair must be gravely ashamed of this.

should be directly linkable via the main site - says plenty that it's not imo.

it would be a nice gesture if they could supply your gross P&L, and charges paid (after implied comm calculations) so far on the current week somewhere on the site

everyone has to do it the long way round at the moment, as My Account -- Betting P&L only shows you net profits

after 13 months, they have fulfilled none of their promises about incorporating information about premium charge through My Account

low priority as they couldn't give a monkeys if those customers affected get wound up and leave

How close are you to providing a facility to check whether accounts will be liable for the Premium Charge in real time BEFORE we are charged ?
