Help!

Hi, I was hoping someone could help be out abit?. Ive recently added a new bank card to my account as the old one expired and have had abit of luck on blackjack. I tried to withdraw my winnings but it would only let me withdraw upto the amount that ive deposited on my new card and it wont let me withdrawn the rest cause it says one of my cards( the old one) hasnt had equal or more withdrawals than deposits???. As its now expired I cannt use it to withdrawn the money so how do I go about getting it?. Cheers
