The technical department unfortunately cannot shed any light on what may resolve this issue. They have advised that all we can suggest is you open up a new account and we will arrange for your Betfair points and you balance to be transferred as it seems to be an account specific error.
We will have to permanently close longmot in order that you can use your card on your new account. Can you confirm that you are happy for this process? Please register the new account and reply FAO xxxxxxx with your new username so that I can arrange for the balance and points to be transferred to this new account.
