ah, i got an e-mail from MB.
Betfair has refunded my payment... So, thank you BF for solving the problem so quickly ! I didnt send them a message in the hope that they can**all problems :-) |

was just on to helpdesk.
i deposited from moneyb but hasnt appeared in my bf a/c yet. tech issues resolved and bf are now working on the backlog and getting through the deposits made. you'll get lifted up in the queue if you ring apparently. |

my deposit said successful deposit but didnt appear when i took the return to merchant option.
the money was transferred from MB but bf didnt pick it up. they are working on those. what happens when you try?? |

The same, I try to do 5 deposits they alredy return 4 to my mb account. Im sure they will do the some with the 5ft but that is not my problem.
