Email problems

I never have problems sending emails to them, it's just getting a sensible reply that's the problem

Mine are rebounding too

they probably switch it off after site crashes in the hope the moaners get bored trying then reinstate it a few hours later

Don't worry guys, they haven't replied to a single one of my e-mails since Tuesday. They probably just decided that there is no point pretending that they are reading them.
