Need some help on this, my Australian wallet needs to be un-suspended and I still don't fully understand what is required of me. I know there's probably loads of people who have asked this exact question but it's not as if I can search.
The Hard Copy Document Procedure is one option, but is it simply not enough to send scanned copies of my ID, utility bill and debit card? I have to get them certified by a community figure? Is this genuinely the case because it seems outrageous quite frankly.
Should I just fill out the form and take it into the Post Office, or can I actually just send them copies of ID without having it signed by the Pope?

Easiest way is to use the Post Office.

They want you to go to your Chuch minister/elders and confess that you bet on the horses. They will then tell you to stop, as it is sinful.

get a solicitor to send betfair a letter, asking for your own money back, and claim a bit for for something you were going to do, but couldnt, because betfair were withholding your money
