Question: Japanese Tote

With the Japan Cup coming up this weekend, and in the expectation that our own fair-minded bookmakers will disallow punters the privilege of taking Japanese tote prices:

does anyone here bet into the Japanese pools direct, and if so how?

I use IAS bet for Hong Kong and Singapore markets but they don't appear to cover Japan.

Any assistance much appreciated - thanks in advance.
