there were 9 corners on sat 3 ireland 6 france.i think there will be more corners today providing the game isnt too one sided ie france dominating. Irland must get more shots on targets. If they can do this i think france will get at least the same amount as sat.

Stoke on average get 4.5 corners at home in prem which is poor compared to other teams, especially as they are really tall phsyical side. Perhaps too much reliance on Delap to get the long throws in rather than pushing for the corners. i notes that they only managed 4 at home today against Portsmouth so below there average. Portsmouth also managed 4 which is slightly below there average of just over 5 away from home. Just had look at the Preston v Newcastle game should be a lay on the 9+ as Preston on ave get a corner count of 7.1 at home and Newcastle away score 6.6 in Championship games. Total of 13.7.
