Do you currently scrape the non runner information page from the BHA site?
If not, and I knocked one together (I will be doing this regardless). Would you be interested in swapping this for the going scrape? I still haven't done one. Also was going to do one to scrape historical GS readings from TT site. Can't find enough hours in the day.

I will take a look at the code and see if you'd be able to adapt it muqbil. In the meantime what is GS (I take it TT is turftrax)?

Going Stick.
I was going to marry up the readings with past going descriptions, obviously frought with all kinds of problems as the readings are taken early morning and weather changes etc. Also I think there has been a significant learning curve with the gs and it's use around the country. |

Muqbil - I have a script for the going reports - email me (gubbed.com) if you're interested. It's very simple, it doesn't try to interpret the reports at all, it merely stores all updates in a file for other programs to process.
