How many people would be interested in a offer like that, if your horse is a non runner you get your stake back to put on another selection in the same race (on the day of the race) ????

Do you mean on Betfair Ante Post markets or in general?
If you get your stake back from an ante post market to use it in another race , who wouldn't want that ??
