For the past 2 weeks now, betfair Rapid has been logging out then back in again continually every minute or so!
There is no live updates nor quick results info in the dashboard tab either.
I've written 3 e-mails to support with no reply whatsoever.
Anyone know what the heck's going on with this?

Your broadband must be disconnecting periodically. BF rapid automatically logs in again on reconnection. It uses the API and as far as I'm aware there have been no failure problems with this recently.

I've *nearly* come a cropper on more than one occasion lately, as when it logs out then back in again the odds I'm looking at have shifted position! It's VERY confusing, and no it's nothing to do with my broadband connection. Have you tried e-mailing support? Is there any free viable alternatives? I don't need anything fancy other than a fast refresh and to be able to place bets securely. It's been fine for the past year or so, but this is driving me crazy lately. |

people looking for a free alternative could do much worse that the Geeks Toy, I've been using it a while now. Its takes a little getting used to but once you've had a read of the Help section and had a play its simple, and very fast, I wouldn't use anything else now.
