am i right in saying that the charge i paid today was for my betting activity during
02/11/09 - 08/11/09 ??
then the next charge will be from 09/11/09 - 15/11/09 and so on ...

does this charge only affect you once your account is in credit?
say i have an overall balance of - £2500 and then started making £200/300 per week for the next few months - would I still receive a charge? |

it depends how much comm you have generated during the lifetime of the account
if you have been up and down for a while and losing overall it should take a while before you pay anything |
