I've allways been a 5% player and one paltry bet I get charged 9.9% comm, I don't get it.

Probably something to do with them rounding up to nearest penny?

They have to round up the commission to a full penny so the minimum comms they could charge you was 1p
i.e. 1/11 =9.09% Think BTO threatened to quit once over the same issue. |

If you'd won 9p they would have charged you 0% commission, so it's swings and roundabouts.
