Sorry to hijack the football forum, but has anybody got a clue how long these muppets take to 'review your documents'?
I am getting a little bit annoyed at the lack of accountability and timescale for how long this process takes.

As you've only been on Betfair 24 years it could take some time.
Bizarre innit that it can take more than 10 minutes. Easier to get a mortgage. |

I did mention that i had done near a quarter of a century with them.
I also mentioned that it was IMPERATIVE that i provided payslips. So I did - I got myself a little driving number. I also mentioned that, as it stands, I can have 100 per month, so 25 quid a week to deposit. Yet last week, the government took 423 in tax and NI I also mentioned that i had been licensed by the Gambling Commission for 10 years. But they still couldn't give me a timescale for how long it will take to look at a bank statement and a payslip and pass judgement |

Hills earlier this year asked for everything and I said never in a month of Sunday's will I comply. So they put A £100.00 quarterly deposit limit and then I closed the account. I was only using it for placepots as well. Absolutely absurd. |

Don't think the bookies want to be doing this as it's not good for business or publicity, but they're compelled to by regulation otherwise they face huge fines. How they choose who to target idk, can only guess if they think someone is genuine problem gambler using AI to scan your accounts.
