France don't really turn up for friendlies. which this is basically, the goals should flow though with plenty of changes in the line ups for both, reckon  Ivan Toney and Watkins could start up front for the Englander's. Prediction: 3-2 to England with Toney scoring. What does everyone reckon?

IF and just IF the semi was England vs France last night England could well have been in the final.

Right final and right match on Saturday.

It's Michael Crawford playing Frank Spencer on Some Mothers do have'em. Before my time really but I remember the re-runs, the sitcom ran from 1973 - 1976 which is still well after 1966 which you Englanders are still banging on about and will still be banging on about for the next 60 years without winning anything, 120 years of hurt the song will say Laugh

Imagine Mbappe will start and be desperate to be top goalscorer. Think they'll choose more of their main XI than England so I lumped 2.1x and might adjust given the teams and perceived value at that time.

That baldy tosspot had better not throw Watkins and Rogers into this pointless snoozefest, and get them injured.

If its not too hot and the ref is favourable and if France dont get too many crosses in (but also dont sit back too deep) and we dont play with 5 centrebacks and a midfield that hasnt got out of bed for the last week, then i think we might have a chance

With some of the players dissing the managers tactics I think if the England team don't arrive with the right attitude it could easily be  5-0 .

Yeah Id imagine Mbappe too would be keen to finish with the Golden Boot. The talk is Toney will start.

like many my blame for the surrender on wednesday was the manager but it will be interesting to see if tonights team play with a freedom now the pressure is off to give any credance to the manager saying its all down to englands negative dna when the pressure is on.........

Amazing what the release of pressure…..perhaps the German was correct or France have imploded……makes what Spain did look less impressive…..
