For some reason Tuchel doesn't rate Mainoo for the style he wants to play.

Strange how he took him, he's not alone, Toney was taken for plan B which we have needed on occasion but he's not had a look in, Watkins another one, Kane had one of those games last night where he looks like a carthorse but the case is going to be that the first team will be rinsed to within an inch of their lives before the extras get a look in.

You've got to ask why he picked Mainoo for the squad? So far he's picked Henderson and James ahead of him. Not as if there weren't alternatives... Garner Scott and Wharton are all banging on the door

Rice’s set pieces have been awful so far. We keep hearing how good he was for Arsenal this season but haven’t seen it in an England shirt. Most corners haven’t even cleared the first defender. Bring back Kane!!
