Not a player I would pay money to watch but he was brilliant for Norway last night in 2 goals, blame defenders for goals is just lazy punditry.
He will be serious, serious threat to England and hopefully they will know that. |

If he’d been in Mexico team last night he’d probably have got 4, for avoidance of doubt I want England to win tournament

He won’t be bigger than evens to score against England because Norway have other good players to create chances for him and it’s highly likely he will put them away

Not lazy punditry at all, just a fact. He got the jump on defender for the first for effectively a free header a few yards out, and the second was even worse in just sitting off him and inviting the shot which helpfully went through the legs of the guy who didn't bother to close him down. It's crazy to suggest that they couldn't have defended those two situations better.
The question I was asking was regarding whether that was a typical performance. I know he scores bags of goals, but does he always contribute as little outside the goals? |

It was very typical.
But most PL forwards would not have scored either goal. |

Doesn’t run around like a headless chicken but obviously the best…..two good chances bang….

I’m not an expert on his career but I’m nearly sure he doesn’t get involved in link up play even at city we’re it’s all about pretty stuff, I always thought he was a strange signing for Gaurdiolo considering his football philosophy and the players positives and negatives but obviously success they had together proved me wrong.
England can’t allow him any service he’s lethal. |
