Talksport much closer to live action today here but still 3-4 seconds behind tv pics, yesterday it was over 10 seconds, last week 10 seconds ahead, no idea why the randomness

Austria have created plenty of attacks against Spain that a better team would have made more of, France and Argentina a level above

Are talksport at the venue or sending from some studio in the UK? If this varies from game to game, that could explain it. But radio should be faster than tv, so that's odd.
Five Live commentary is about 8 or 9 seconds in front of the BBC tv pics.

DAB is always a bit behind AM/MW, I find. And you can't get Talksport on MW as far as I know. In any case there's no need for these ridiculous 5-10 sec delays.

ok, that's all I have ever tried so I have nothing to compare with. Not in the UK anymore, so pretty sure I can't these via AM/MW where I have. But 5 Live/Sports Extra was always fast, whenever they were on and wasn't just playing the annoying ad.
France's defence is the question mark, but when they score 3-4 every match they can concede 2 and not worry. Will be interesting to see them against a well organised team.

Spain different class to most. Not as ruthless as the French or as efficient as the Argies. Them 2 aside, the rest will have their work cut out stopping them.
