Youve always been able to do that, the difference now is that the attacker who kicks you falls down and wants a penalty. Is it legal or not, anyone know. If its like contact and shirt pulling I guess no one knows !!

pull the shirt outside the box, yellow card maybe a sending off, in the penalty box, no ref seems to see it. cheers.
