Make them one minute. Players stay on the pitch and staff take water to them. I believe the 3 minutes is a
commercial decision to promote Poweraid.

Yes , there is no reason for the players to leave the pitch or for managers to go on the pitch , just make all players go to the centre circle and drinks brought on .
