both these sides stank the gaff out first game. Switzerland can't be as bad again, Bosnia probably can. small back of Switzerland for me.

I've been amazed at how full nearly every match has been, media were in full throttle scare mongering mode about ticket prices and hotel costs leading to empty stadia, hasn't happened, and these are huge NFL stadiums
Fans booing the hydration breaks is my favorite thing about this World Cup.
The muck raking media are obviously upset they can only report hundreds of empty seats, instead of the thousands they want. There was far more noticeable empty blocks of seats at SA and Qatar.
Steven Warnock is a cardboard cutout with a monotonous tape spouting drivel and stating the obvious over and over again.
Don't think we'll have to worry about ad breaks in future World Cups, all the matches are so bl00dy boring no company will pay for an advert to be aired in one of these games as no one will be watching!!
Many fans clearly don't have enough patience for football, unless they're watching games with goals every quarter hr.
Not going to be straightforward for Swiss, they lack the guile to break Bosnia down effectively, Could be a long night
Switzerland are rank. deserve to get knocked out for the qatar result alone
If Mexico and South Korea draw later, surely that puts them both through to next round ?
I am looking forward to the Mex SK game, think 4.2 SK is too big, even though they made a meal of it they were quite impressive in large parts against the Czcehs, lots of clever intricate stuff.
it does look big. I was not impressed by Mexico, although Czechia are not up to much. so beating them maybe not such a great result.

no the table will be 4, 4, 1, 1 and with both Mexico and SK lose in the final round everyone will be on 4 points. That being said, both would be happy with a draw so if it's that score late in 2nd I don't see either team risking too much to get the game winning goal.
There's a chance all things being equal in the goals scored, conceded column and matches drawn between tied clubs for position in the table, that the tie breaker used would be discipline, fewest cards in the tournament, if that was equal, FIFA rankings.
today's games so far have been difficult to call and hard to watch,tbh.
won't come to rankings with all the red cards in that opener. But such a bad tiebreaker, the higher ranked teams have enough advantage as it is.

Yeah, been so poor the Swiss after such a confident start. But you have to take these with pleasure since you know fine well there's plenty where your side has battered the opposition and you've got nowt to show for it.
