Hello guys, there was absolutely no answer in the help center and I could use some help please.
I am trying to deposit money to my account using a paysafe. Even though it lets me charge my paysafe account, when I try to use the paysafe PIN to deposit the money, it tells me that this paysafe card is not accepted for payments in this store.
Why would betfair allow me to charge my paysafe account though the website and then not allow me to pay through paysafe?
Has anyone else had any luck paying with a paysafe?

It’s not something I’d ever heard of. Sounds like it’s a pre-paid card loaded with cash? That would probably set alarm bells ringing.
Google says Betfair do accept it for depositing, but any withdrawals need to be to a valid bank account. It also mentioned a £30 minimum deposit. Not sure how accurate all that is.
