Lots of bs here about how the more skilful team won, they needed a penalty to score and equalise.

FACT remains and it’s a point lost by all that Arsenal were undefeated in the Champions League throughout.

With that it’s ironic that they never lifted the trophy having NOT LOST a match throughout.

PSG were there for the taking and yet again Farteta made the wrong substitutions.

They were open at the back and scared shat of anyone running at them, as Manduke showed.

Dowing the Free Wind was made for a game like that to play on the last man and write history.

How anyone can cheer a foreign team that dives like they did I’ll never know?!

But you know this? That divide that you show in football will be the downfall of the country when the shat goes down.

Nice result for money and the bent ref working for the UAEFA Mob.

Bitter is all the fans of under achieving clubs on here talking through their pocket not mentioning a certain penalty that wasn’t given!

If PSG are so creative they’d of found a way through and it’s a good job that they don’t play in the Premier league as they’d face that week in week out.

If you go toe to toe you’ll be beat by PSG, Arsenal’s set up was like Murinos for Inter Milan.

They played for free kicks and fouls when there was no way through and when they were attacked, typical continental  style in a tournament.

Rolling over faking a hand in that face that was held out for balance, a keeper laying down pretending he was kicked in the head, a defender who was skinned sneaking a peak knowing he’d fouled hoping that the ref wouldn’t give a penalty!

Yeah that’s good football lads and you’re as clued up as Rio saying that their center half is the best in the world like munts that decided Dembelie is a Balon Dor! Laugh

Got to be fair and say that Arsenal defended very well. PSG didn't really get a sniff of goal. No arguments there at all.

However, Arsenal were fortunate with the first goal, it was ricochet that fell sweetly into Havertz' path; it wasn't a good play (it was a reasonable finish though), it was a slice of luck, which allowed Arsenal to do what Arteta creams about... defending a lead.

Had Arsenal not had that slice of luck and PSG had scored first, then Arsenal would have had no choice but to recover, and this is where PSG probably would have ran riot.

The penalty was a given when I saw it in real time; I was actually shocked when he didn't give it, but on seeing the replays from different angles, it was the correct decision after all.

No excuses, Arsenal need to open up and play like all good champions do. Under Arteta and from my perspective, that is never going to happen.

Porky is right about the way Arsenal approached yesterdays game (lower league club taking on an EPL club in the cup), i said the same to my lot during the game.
For the champions of the so called "best league in the world" to adopt such an approach was basically footballing cowardice. And they got what they deserved in the end. Their one and only effort on target in 120 minutes was the goal they scored in the SIXTH minute, this regrettably led to a very drab spectacle for the rest of the match.

All of the Gooners saying other fans are "haters" miss the point imo.  It's not the club that are disliked, but the way they play. They do have good players but choose to play in an unattractive style that is anathema to the neutral football lover watching their games. I loved watching Arteta when he was playing for the toffees, skilful and a great passer of the ball. Shame his team don't play with the same style he did. The Arsenal team of 20 years or so ago with Henry and co were much envied, but not hated.

Dela has completely lost the plot with his rants today. Quoting Rory "Gravy Trainer" Smith ffs Laugh. And decrying the "antics" of the PSG players when the Arsenal guys have been doing the same throughout the EPL season - irony, much ?

Lino cannot give it as he has no depth and cannot see

Var doesn't want to get involved, fair enough.
Report 1st time poster May 31, 2026 3:56 PM BST
as NEVIN pointed out on BBC highlights, the NONI foul was a trip/contact outside the box 1st and any foul inside the box was initiated by NONI ,s arm, holding the defender, good spot that no one on TNT coverage mentioned in 2 hr despite a dozen replays shown
Report DixieDean60 May 31, 2026 4:20 PM BST
That is right 1tp - had the PSG defender made the initial contact in the box then a pen would doubtless have followed, as it was the tussle continued in to the area, where Madueke was then clearly holding the defenders arm, not the other way round.
Report ----you-have-to-laugh--- May 31, 2026 4:40 PM BST
Madueke has his arm after they enter the box

Foul starts outside continues inside and then maduekes
