Pep's going so Arteta will probably let the shackles off next season, they were the only reason Arteta decided to change to such a pragmatic style, knew playing attacking open football whilst he was on the scene wouldn't work.

The way that Bournemouth are run and their scouting of players is an object lesson to many other clubs.
