Cannot see Arsenal beating PSG, their speed, movement and pressing will be too much, Arsenal not used to that from any side in the Premier League. I think Arsenal's best hope is penalties but holding them off for 120 minutes is will be some ask.
In a Champions League final things might be different. PSG will be the absolute favourite and there were occasions where this kind of pressure can really kick in, think of Man City vs Inter a few years back

PSG are an exceptional team. Arsenal beat them comfortably in the league stage last season, but PSG went up gears 2nd half of the season. In the semi last season, Rice/Partey messed up for PSG's early goal at the emirates and although Arsenal gave them a game for 20mins in the 2nd leg, they were comprehensively beaten. Last night we saw how well PSG can defend. Not sure how Arteta can approach this game other than defensively and hope PSG misfire on the night. That looks a tall order though and PSG to lift the cup is a solid bet for sure.

Yeah, I laid Arsenal when they were favs @ 3.45 mid-March and various prices up to 3.7. Seemed crazy short to me, I guess the price factored in the favourable draw winning all matches in the league stage, secured them. Of course, I want them to win, but the bets are big enough to help overcome any disappointment. I just hope they turn up and perform on the night, there have been a few teams who completely blew the final in recent memory.

I think 5/4 for PSG is generous. I took 11/4 prior to their encounter against Bayern Munich. I think they're more superior than Arsenal. If they turn up on the night and reproduce their present form they will be too strong for Arsenal. Nonetheless, I can still remember vividly they did not in an important tournament last season.

just heard a stat that Arsenal have lost their last 4 european cup finals, cup winners cup, uefa/europa, champions league, chasing Benfica's record of 8 lost finals in row!

Arsenal need to get in their faces and put pressure on them on the ball, they make mistakes when you do that. Polar opposite to how they've played this and last season. Can't see Arteta doing that.
PSG's finishing has been out of this world this and last season and was too good for Arsenal last time. They are rightly favs but Arsenal were missing Gabriel for both legs and had Merino/Trossard starting up top last season. Doubts over Dembele and Hakimi who may not be fully fit for 90 mins.

Arsenal beat PSG comfortably in the league stage last season. In the 1st semi unfortunately gifted them a goal after 4 mins in the 1st leg when Partey and Rice both left a ball to each other. Gave them a decent game in the 2nd leg of the semi and were on top for 25 mins or so. Gabriel was a huge miss and injuries meant Kiwior & Lewis-Skelly played on the left both legs.
PSG look just as good this season, whereas Arsenal seem to play with the handbrake on nowadays. Obviously want to win, but just hoping we turn up in top form on the night and give it a go, so no regrets.
