Wonder will the players in the dressing room (especially the non-Europeans) show her the respect that is required to be a manager at this level. I think not. This will very soon prove to be a terrible appointment. Anyway, I'll be closely watching this trainwreck in the making. Crazy

This will be interesting I agree, but when you consider that Villas-Boas made it all the way to the top without kicking a professional football, then why not a woman?

As sofa says, it'll boil down to the player's attitude towards her.
