I was surprised that Coventry were favourites on current form. Wright's finishing is the difference. After 80 mins Boro have had 70$ possession

fair play to lampard put his ego aside and spent a week working on a plan how to beat contain boro,went direct, put boro CB,s under pressure and played from there,whilst KH/BORO looked like they spent the week preparing to show TV audience an encore of sheff UTD 1st half and no prep/plan around what we,ll do if COV stop us, Simms did same at riverside so most fans thought we,d bring FRY in for Browne and play a back 5 and have a bodies on line try to get anything out of the game night, lampard must be pleased KH was so obliging in the way we played,

boro had 70% possession only possession stat that counts is the one in the 1st 30 mins ,1st goal is everything in championship,possession in 2nd half was gifted to us by cov sitting back happy to hit us on the break

yep done a number on us but a number plenty of us predicted pre game, but KH thought turning up playing our best game we win attitude,but championship is about other teams stopping you playing your best game so you have to adapt have plan b,c
not as if KH wasn't warned MERSRE had a Sky sports clip with millions of views saying if cov turn up and go toe to toe open game like SHEFF UTD did,likely they,ll come off 2nd best |

didn't have a deep look, but saw our RB, BRIT was yds deeper than AYLING on the 1st goal,wondered if he wasn't there,wether HAJI WRIGHT might have been offside on the 1st goal with VAR,not getting away with the handball with VAR and MORRIS on a yellow might have seen RED with VAR for late foot in on GRIMES

Coventry are good at home and Kim Hellberg helped them by playing 4 at the back - one of the centre halves was Ayling who has played most of his career at right back. I thought the ball ran a bit more kindly for Coventry than Boro. Coventry had only 9 chances but managed to score three times.
