Semenyo had his hair pulled tonight but no punishment for the offender. Clearly seen and reviewed by VAR. Isn't this a penalty and a red card ?

when I bet on football these days, I have to realise I am at least 25-30% betting on what refs (VAR included) will decide to do during the game too, sadly.
