Leicester City have been given an immediate six-point deduction for breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules for 2023/24.

The Premier League raised the case under their jurisdiction and it was determined Leicester had breached the relevant P&S threshold by £20.8m over the three-year assessment period (2022-2024).

With Leicester currently a Championship club, the EFL Board today ratified an Independent Commission’s recommendation of an immediate points deduction. It leaves the club only outside the relegation zone on goal difference

They have Faes and Vestergard in defence. That should be punishment enough.
