I'd give him a crack at Spurs, he's probably more suited to that. Pochettino was the same, done well with us but not so great when he moved upwards. Some managers are more suited to the lesser clubs with ambition where they can coach players to play above their weight. At the very top, the players are already established and usually with attitude. Not so easy.
