Amazing to think Salford City lasted longer in the FA Cup than Man United.

You would be good at polishing the FA Cup cos you’re good at rubbing it in.

Maybe the Glazers should have sold to Sir Beckham and Neville rather than Sir Jim.

Some interesting ties.
Brighton had the knock on Liv in the 80s dumping them out in consecutive years. Southampton v Leicester memorable for a 9 goal win for the Foxes a few years back. Brum v Leeds would have seen all police leave cancelled in the west midlands not too long ago.. You just wish that the FA Cup would copy the French Cup system whereby two teams drawn from different divisions, the lower league team automatically gets the home tie. Arsenal v Wigan and City at home aren't really fixtures to capture the imagination. |
