Yellow for talking backchat to referee
Carried on shouting at ref for 55 continual seconds, despite WHam and Liverpool players trying to drag him away.
Eventually ref gave up and showed 2nd Yellow for the same offence
Cleared of all those spot fixing charges a few months ago,
but that looked very suspect

Man city goalie did this at Newcastle last week, totally overlooked
by press, motd. Got booked for screaming abuse, then ran up to ref and got hold of him, no 2nd yellow. Funny old game, innit, but.... |
