Arsenal v Spurs is never over until it’s over.

Completely wrong approach from Spurs first half. If the limit of your ambition is to secure at least a 0-0 or nick one, you are going to come unstuck 9 times out of 10.

Hope Spurs display a bit more ambition now they are three down.

Newcastle at home will give anybody a game.

Struggling away, as teams are routinely underestimated.

Spurs are a good team

Arsenal outstanding, citeh good, Chelsea good, Liverpool good but in transition.

Villa good, palace good, Fulham good, Brighton good,

Bournemouth Brentford man utd forest, West ham all good
on their day, and new clubs better prepared this season.

It's a decent league these days with lots of creative
and destructive talent.

Spurs are not a good team

Sorry but spurs are awful, they’ve no identity whatsoever

It was awful

The league in general is awful

Too many teams without any real structure or identity in the league, it’s all don’t lose mentality and inferiority complex throughout the league

The worst level of football in premier league history

Too much apologies in football these days because mindsets in football is all flimsy and over analysed

League over in November the brand is dead
Report ----you-have-to-laugh--- November 23, 2025 10:44 PM GMT
That's how they won europa league last year.

It might be different football, but these are very strong teams.
Report BULLET TOOTH TONY November 23, 2025 11:25 PM GMT
That is not good level of football

That has to be some of most sub standard football ever witnessed at the top level.

The match in general was very poor! Spurs performance was so poor it was embarrassing to see! They honestly was all over the shop. Rice played it forward to Eze on the edge of the area for his 1st goal. U had 4 players who was all over the place having to throw themselves to try and make up ground because they all was over the place and out of position! Then the GK let the ball go through his flimsy wrists!

This is supposed to be elite football. Sunday league was better quality. It was so poor level it was embarrassing and begs the question what is Frank telling them

Because they clearly aren’t buying into it for 3CB and 2 CDM to allow a straight ball and a player to have 5 touches before having a shot is very low level. They was flinging themselves about because they was yards off where they should be and to have 5 internationals all at once yards behind, shows there is a huge breakdown in player management relations.

Frank should be told not to come into work tomorrow if anyone has any ambition at spurs

That was arguably the worst performance I’ve seen from a professional club
Report lurka November 23, 2025 11:27 PM GMT
Liverpool were 8 clear after 12 last season and 9 clear of Arsenal with 2 more points and nobody was going on like this. Just don't want Arsenal to win.

Frank is a manager who can get top half with a bottom half team. He is not going to dominate possession or live with the top 5 managers in the league. He got his tactics wrong but his players didn't do what he wanted them today, esp up top without the ball. And if he'd tried to go toe to toe with Arsenal it would have been the same at best.

Joe Hart on MOTD seems to think that a keeper needs to see the entire trajectory of a shot for his line of vision not to be obstructed. He only has to be obstructed when the ball is struck. I think his own players did that for the second goal and not the Arsenal players.

The last 3 goals in the game were top quality finishes. Richarlison the best of the lot.
Report BULLET TOOTH TONY November 23, 2025 11:51 PM GMT
Frank is quite frankly ****

Out of his depth and that showed today with everything his done and has done so far at spurs!

Awful turgid and inferiority football. The whole game was littered with mistakes

Good finishes abject approach and calamitous positioning and attitude from spurs players on the pitch

They should be ashamed to pick up a professional contract wage on their performance

Was so poor and not even going to say anything other then that performance gets u relegated it was that poor from
Spurs. Not one player scored more than 1 out of 10 in 1st half. Simmons might of got 2 on 2nd half. Richy gets half a point for the finish, the rest of the game a 5yo would’ve been more effective that’s how poor they was all over
Report Storm Alert November 24, 2025 12:10 AM GMT
Arsenal well and truly stuffed Spurs, who played as well as can be expected from a mid table  team.
Report lurka November 24, 2025 12:31 AM GMT
Frank is not the answer. But do you want to play attacking football with those attackers? Kudus is the only decent one and he's a Frank signing.

You'll get rid and Frank will do better elsewhere, like Nuno. Inferiority football? You are inferior. You finished 17th last season and won a trophy for the first time in years by playing defensively.
Report 1st time poster November 24, 2025 8:43 AM GMT
cheers for update Dixie
Report BULLET TOOTH TONY November 24, 2025 9:00 AM GMT
Lurka you’ve missed the point

Whether you’re inferior or not, you don’t go setup as inferior, he basically is saying to the players you’re not good enough!

Worse management tactics ever! The bloke should be hung out to dry for that mentality! Ffs a spurs manager putting arsenal on a pedestal

Get the **** out now
Report BULLET TOOTH TONY November 24, 2025 9:01 AM GMT
Frank out
Report Aspro November 24, 2025 9:29 AM GMT
We've had this conversation before Tony. We were away to the League leaders and the team Levy gave him to start with IS inferior. We need to give the management time to fix this and when we replace up to 5 players from the midfield upwards we may be a different proposition. Be patient, the management hasn't had a single window yet and Frank has his hands well and truly tied.

This is not saying he's right for Spurs, but with the cr4p we've got, there are not many (if any) managers that could do much better.
Report Wesdag November 24, 2025 10:37 AM GMT

While AFC have got progressively better over the last 4 years, Spurs are still just treading water.

Report lurka November 28, 2025 11:59 PM GMT
Melia is another one going to Spurs. Doubt he'll make it. The PL is a graveyard for talented youngsters now, esp attackers. Go to a country where they play more all out attack with poor defending, get used to playing in front of big crowds and being the star man with a lot less pressure on you, then give PL a go. Top English talents are doing it, even elite guys like Haaland.

Mike Moore up at rangers looked a decent move.

Kids struggling in u21s when playing away to
championship and league 1/2 teams.

Our whole reserve system is a mess.

Deffo a good idea to spend a couple of years in
a foreign league with less physicality, maybe stay
there in some cases.
