I've started getting this again, every so often. Had it a few times before I began keeping track, with the first tracked on 07/11/25. The second literally a minute or two after I logged on today (I always log out when I'm finished). Each time I have to change my password so, after today, I updated and the moment I logged in again it done it for a second time today, so I had to change it yet again. Twice in a few minutes!!!
This happened a few years ago and kept happening until I eventually had to go to chat, which then led to a 2 hour interrogation of my habits.
Anyone else getting this?

Several times and it's a royal pain in the arse.
Have found that the easiest thing is to just do the change password thing but keep the existing password

Good to know I'm not alone but yes, it is a pain having to keep doing it and on occasions, whilst I'm involved in a bet. Hasn't cost me yet this time around, but cost me dearly last time (Jan '24).
Has worked for me the last few times. Saves coming up with new ones at least.
AI says Betfair have a problem with their movableink .cant tell you what it means,it causes a delay i think,and cuts customers off the site and they cant get back in.

They done this at the start of last year (2024) and in the end I was forced to ask, and then they took me on a godawful interrogation. When that finished, I logged back on, was froze out again for another interrogation, literally back to back. Got through that (eventually) and it has since been pretty normal... until recently where it's all starting up again.
Maybe it's a coincidence, but not putting myself through that again.

can only suggest chrome and the google authenticator. shouldn't be timing out.
part of the problem is that Betfair software fail to recognise your password when you try to log in after you get cut off.
And then the software tries to make you change your password.So customers just give up and go to another gambling company.

If I didn't go through the palaver last year I might agree with you, but my cynical feeling is they want me to contact them again for another grilling.
I might give Chrome a go DL, especially if it continues.

I noticed today that everything was slowing down, but it was every site, taking time to load etc, so I decided to reboot the modem and now back to normal.
It's just a hunch, but I'm wondering if this may help this situation. Let's suck it and see...

site broken again,i can get on forum on microsoft ,but thats all i can get.
Back on now,but how many customers give up trying to get on site in the last half hour and give up.

the app is p1sspoor, how difficult can it be for them to allow multiples lays on the same market so you can submit them all at the same time?
And again this morning, twice, back to back. Irritating, but an indication of how often this occurs.
anyone getting this? Click on your balance on the app and it flashes up for a second before taking you back to the main screen?
I don't use the app DL... I use my mobile solely for calls, texts and Google sat-nav
