Making way for the summer to have an annual World Club Cup. Stays in power as the FIFA presidency relies on global votes so he panders to regions like South America and Africa, gives them extra World Cup places etc and they keep voting for him. This guy is just a parasite, only in the game to enrich himself, he's an extension of Blatter, Blatter on sterioids. UEFA really have all the power though, if they said no it's not happening then it's not happening, if UEFA countries pull out there is no World Cup, no World Cup with credibility anyway.
