Always thought the shots-on-target stat was for mugs who just want to use it to hammer their manager.
I remember one time Man U went to Serbia for a Europa game under Ole. Got a comfortable 0-0. Mason Greenwood even had a goal bound shot cleared by some boy standing about 2 yards off the line. Didnt register for some reason. The next day the media was all about 'no shots on target, Ole must go' etc.
Think Utd made the final that year..

After a half decent first 20 minutes that was awful; wasn't helped by the fact Wales didn't turn up. Wish I'd watched the darts !

Failure to get 1 shot on target in 90 minutes should be a fineable offence. Using Ole as a great example is laughable. 0 shots usually means poor team selection, system or tactics.
Tuchel criticisng fans for lack of noise, what does he expect, it was a home banker in a friendly match against Wales, was hardly going to be a raucous atmosphere, especially with all those freeloading mugs in the corporate seats who at every home game at Wembley leave 5 minutes before half time as if there's a fire drill leaving a sea of empty red seats front and centre of where the camera is mostly pointing at during the match, then don't take until about 10 minutes into the second half for them all to re-take their seats as they're all too busy getting 'sloshed' at the bar on freebies. Very bad optics, looks so bad on TV, shouldn't be allowed back in.

From the outside looking in it looks to me as if TT isn’t at all scared to challenge convention and try his own ideas, to find things out. This squad is so different from the “waistcoat’s” already. I think you’ve got a good one here lads. Buy tickets for the Final!
